Once sprayed we roll it into our oven and bake it at 400 degrees until the powder is cured. It uses electricity to charge the sign so that the powder will stick to it. This is a super durable coating that is applied in a spray booth. Once dry, the monograms are ready to be powder coated. After the sanding is complete, the monogram gets washed and dried (this is to remove any of the dust that might be left on the sign from the sanding process). We then sand the back and front of the sign, this helps give the powder coat a strong surface to bite to. After it’s cut, it’s inspected for any deviations that may have been caused from the cutting process. Our CNC machine will cut out your order (usually within a day or two from receiving design). She will then send the design over to manufacturing to be processed. Once the monogram is ordered, our designer receives the information and creates the monogram with the name requested on the “Order Note”. PLEASE LEAVE THE NAME YOU'D LIKE ON THE MONOGRAM IN AN ORDER NOTE!
